PURPOSE: An ingot manufacturing apparatus is provided to prevent defects within a single crystal by eliminating a convex shape of the single crystal generated by a temperature gradient. CONSTITUTION: A crucible(100) receives a raw material. A seed holder(160) is located on an upper portion of the crucible. A temperature difference compensation unit(120) is arranged on the raw material. The temperature difference compensation unit comprises a plurality of holes. The temperature difference compensation unit comprises a central area and an edge area that surrounds the central area.
