PURPOSE: A scaled trolley for testing a railway vehicle by a similarity method is provided to measure and evaluate driving stability and ride comfort of the railway vehicle, thereby providing the optimal ride comfort and driving stability. CONSTITUTION: A scaled trolley for testing a railway vehicle by a similarity method comprises a vehicle axle(10) and a main frame. A suspension device(20) is installed in an end portion of the vehicle axle. The suspension device comprises a first frame(21), a second frame(22), a shaft box(23), a Z-axis coil spring(24), an Y-axis coil spring(25), an X-axis coil spring(26), and a shock absorber(27). The first frame is composed of an upper horizontal unit(21a), an inclination unit(21b), a lower horizontal unit(21d), and a vertical unit(21c). The second frame is composed of first and second lateral side members(22a,22b), and a connection member(22c). The shaft box is installed in an end portion of the axle.
