PURPOSE: A kettle for roasting coffee beans with a halogen heater is provided to evenly roast coffee beans by generating far infrared rays, and to reduce smoke by installing a halogen heater coated with ceramic. CONSTITUTION: A kettle(200) for roasting coffee beans comprises a body unit and a cover member. A heater for roasting coffee beans and a stirring device are embedded in the kettle. The heater comprises a ring shaped a quartz tube(230) and a heating wire(220). The heating wire is wound around a conducting wire(210) several times, and placed inside the ring shaped a quartz tube. A halogen heater is formed outside the ring shaped a quartz tube. |
