PURPOSE: A location-code-based optional services mediating method and a system are provided to update new services corresponding to a location recorded in a cord in real time without replacing the code by separating a code in which a location code is stored, and an optional service. CONSTITUTION: When a code generation is requested, and a landing page is generated, a code where the URL of the landing page and location information are recorded is issued(S1). When registering additional services is requested, a page for the additional services is automatically generated and registered(S2). A terminal transmits the URL of the landing page and the location information to an intermediating system(S3).
