PURPOSE: A rotary dust removing machine is provided to attract metal materials from the bottom of a water way using magnetic force and to discharge the attracted metal materials to the outside the water way. CONSTITUTION: A rotary dust removing machine comprises a screen(110), frames(120), multiple rakes(140), a drive motor(150), and a magnetic force generation unit(190). The screen is composed of multiple partition plates. The partition plates are inclined from the bottom of a water way. The frames are installed on both ends of the screen and support the screen. The rakes are supported to an endless chain(130) and remove impurities filtered on the front surface of the screen. The endless chain is connected to a drive shaft and a driven shaft installed on the top and bottom ends of the frames. The drive motor continuously moves the rakes by rotating the drive shaft. The magnetic force generation unit is formed on the endless chain and attracts metal materials from the bottom of the water way. |
