PURPOSE: A transaction promotion system at a sale point and a method thereof are provided to immediately supply a draw result to a consumer when the consumer purchases a product, thereby promoting a product purchase of consumers. CONSTITUTION: A point of sales(POS) terminal(100) collects client information and purchase information through a payment means provided from a client. The POS terminal transmits the collected information through a network. A main server(210) receives the client information and determines whether a member or not through a member database(200). The main server performs a payment process. A draw server(220) selects a winner for one or more desired products.
