PURPOSE: An information diffusion system through a social network configuration and a method thereof are provided to set up a phone number of a portable terminal as an identifier and compose a predetermined social network, thereby rapidly diffusing information at an arbitrary point of the social network by using an exclusive application. CONSTITUTION: A member admission unit(110) receives a phone number of a portable terminal through an exclusive application. The member admission unit admits member admission. A member information unit(130) stores member admission obtained through the member admission unit and the phone number of an information diffusion object. An information diffusion unit(160) generates admission induction or an exclusive application download induction message.
