PURPOSE: A server system for terminal management and an online service thereof are provided to register total terminals of a user in a server system and receive a management service, thereby increasing user convenience for the terminals. CONSTITUTION: A DM server transmits a terminal management command to a DM client of a terminal. A DL server transmits a file to a DL client. The DL server delivers file information transmitted through a download descriptor. An ONM server is interfaced with the DM server, the DL server and a legacy server. An operator delivers a management command through a management web page of the ONM server. The operator inquires management information through the management web page of the ONM server.
