PURPOSE: An adhesive film for electromagnetic shielding is provided to effectively blocks electromagnetic waves generated from a high voltage motor by applying an adhesive film with carbon nanotubes to a high-voltage motor cover of hybrid vehicles. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive film for electromagnetic shielding(12) comprises 65-69.35 weight% of vinyl acetate, 30-40 weight% of a polyethylene resin, and 0.5-5 weight% of carbon nanotubes, and has a electromagnetic shielding effects by the carbon nanotubes. A manufacturing method of the adhesive film comprises: a step of stirring and mixing 65-69.35 weight% of acid vinyl, 30-40 weight% of a polyethylene resin, and 0.5-5 weight% of a composition consisting of carbon nanotubes; a step of melting and mixing the mixed resin at 150-170 °C; and a step of compressing and processing the mixed resin.
