PURPOSE: A method for providing a staff management service, a server and a recording medium thereof are provided to increase a staff level in a team according to an increase of a director level, thereby supplying the whole benefit. CONSTITUTION: An increase of a staff management level of a user related to a user terminal is checked(S30). When the staff management level of the user is increased, increased staff points are assigned according to an increase of the staff management level(S40). When the user progresses a skill tree increasing ability of a staff, the staff points necessary for skill is consumed and the skill is obtained(S60).
