PURPOSE: A profit distribution system in an open market of art work and a derivation is provided to distribute the art work and the derivation which are composed in one system, thereby attracting more writers and more buyers. CONSTITUTION: A writer terminal(10) has a copyright of art work. A broker terminal(20) acquires the art work of an original author. The broker terminal mediates sale of the acquired art work. The broker terminal registers the art work and a derivation in an open market site(110) and performs sale agency. A buyer terminal(30) purchases the art work or the derivation through an exclusive broker page in the broker terminal.
