PURPOSE: An intelligent contents use system and a use method thereof are provided to use personal information collected through a point of sales(POS) terminal, thereby selectively collecting and distributing a customized content. CONSTITUTION: A POS terminal(110), which is equipped in store, collects client personal information. A branch server(120) connects the POS terminal, a branch database(121), and a display device(130). The branch server transmits/receives the client personal information. A head office server(310) transmits/receives content information corresponding to the client personal information and reference information of a reference information server(321).
