The element (5) has a plate (6) and a fastener receiving unit (7) for receiving a fastener of the construction element on a support in a height access device. The fastener receiving unit includes positioning units (8, 8') designed to position the fastener in a discrete angular position relative to the fastener receiving unit. Each positioning unit includes a groove extending longitudinally within a tubular housing of the fastener receiving unit, where a part of the fastener is engaged inside the groove. An independent claim is also included for a height access device.
