<p>Disclosed is an immunogenic composition comprising a split influenza virus antigen and an oil-in-water emulsion, wherein the emulsion comprises a squalene and a free surfactant comprising polyoxyethylene sorbitan ester in its aqueous phase and wherein said composition is monovalent. Also disclosed is the use of the composition in the manufacture of a medicament for raising an immune response against an influenza virus in a subject.</p> |
