Disclosed herein is a seamless capsule comprising a liquid pharmaceutically active ingredient and one or more kinds of solid pharmaceutically active ingredients, wherein the liquid pharmaceutically active ingredient is encapsulated in the form of a liquid pharmaceutical composition, and the solid pharmaceutically active ingredient is dispersed in the liquid pharmaceutical composition, wherein the liquid pharmaceutically active ingredient comprises a ?3-fatty acid ethyl ester, wherein the ?3-fatty acid ethyl ester comprises EPA ethyl ester and DHA ethyl ester, wherein the liquid pharmaceutical composition comprises not less than 40% w/w of EPA ethyl ester and not less than 34% w/w of DHA ethyl ester, and the capsule shell layer is formed from a shell composition comprising glycerin and sorbitol. In one embodiment the solid pharmaceutically active ingredient is lapaquistat acetate. In another embodiment the solid pharmaceutically active ingredient is statin. In another embodiment the solid pharmaceutically active ingredient is atorvastatin. In another embodiment the solid pharmaceutically active ingredient is simvastatin.
