PURPOSE: A multilayer inductor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the deterioration of inductance by preventing the magnetization of a body sheet due to stress. CONSTITUTION: A laminate includes a body sheet(115) made of ferrite materials. A coil part is composed of an internal electrode pattern(116) formed on the body sheet. A spacer part(117) corresponding to the contraction of the body sheet is formed in the internal electrode pattern. The spacer part absorbs internal stress due to thermal expansion difference between the body sheet and the internal electrode pattern. An external electrode is electrically connected to both ends of the coil part.
