The arrangement has a hub cap (10) mounted on a shield (11) for allowing an access to a bulb of a lighting device or indication device of a car. The cap and the shield include parts attaching with clamping units for fixing of the cap on the shield. The clamping units are arranged such that deactivation of the fixation of the cap on the shield is controlled by a manual displacement without tool, from an outer side (17) of the shield in a plane parallel to a tangent plane to the shield at a central plate or in a plane parallel to the tangent plane to the shield at the cap. |
