PURPOSE: A display device is provided to prevent currents from flowing to a display element in a signal recording operation by not arranging a switch between a load and a current supply transistor. CONSTITUTION: One of a source and a drain of a first transistor(101) is electrically connected to a first terminal of a switch. The other one of the source and the drain of the first transistor is electrically connected to one of a second terminal of the switch and a source and a drain of a second transistor(102). A gate of the first transistor is electrically connected to a gate of the second transistor and a first terminal of a capacitor(104). The second terminal of the capacitor is electrically connected to the other one of the source and the drain of the second transistor and a load. The first transistor comprises an oxide semiconductor.
