PURPOSE: A valve for injecting high pressure slurry is provided to be used in a high pressure slurry flowing device for a long time without the degradation of durability and to be opened or sealed without removing the pressure of a device for flowing and injecting high pressure slurry. CONSTITUTION: A valve for injecting high pressure slurry comprises a body, a stem(20), and a stem guide(30). The body comprises a fluid inflow line, a fluid outflow line, and an orifice formed between the inflow line and the outflow line. The stem controls the flow of fluid by opening or sealing the orifice with a reciprocating motion. One end of the stem guide is opened toward the orifice. A sub-orifice communicating with the fluid inflow line is formed in the side of the stem guide. The sub-orifice is sealed or opened through the side of the stem.
