The system (60) has an air intake casing (66) provided in a perforated tubular sleeve. A plate (64) closes an end of the sleeve. The sleeve, the casing and the plate are assembled with each other to form a single-piece component before assembling in a hollow blade (16) of a turbine nozzle (10). The sleeve comprises an external flange (68) at an open end, where the external flange is supported and fixed at the casing and the plate by welding or brazing. The casing and the plate are formed as the single-piece component by casting. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a turbine nozzle for a turboshaft engine (2) a method for assembling a turbine nozzle.
