The device has north, east, west and south frontages, a roof, seals and a base (17) assembled by hinges (6). The hinges are inserted into notches provided at edges of thin frontages. The thin frontages are assembled to operate in a folding position and a record position, and are powered by a battery system. The hinges are attached by a stem and a pin. The roof and the base are arranged on the frontages by the hinges so as to fold the base and roof on the frontages. An articulated suspending tie bar (10) for suspending a microphone is screwed into a thread of a handle (11).
