The actuator has a motor body (1) comprising a rotating shaft (2), and a shoulder shaped joint for mounting a telescopic arm (4), where orientation of a distal portion of the actuator is controlled by an electric drive unit or motor. A mechanical unit is adapted for auxiliary control of rotation of the shoulder shaped joint such that the shoulder shaped joint is moved to a position that is aligned with an axis of the rotating shaft. A pinion (12) is aligned with an axis of an electrical motor (11).
