The invention relates to a system (1) of batteries of cells, including: a plurality of electrochemical cells (4); an electrical power connection (71, 72) for connecting an electric load (55) or a recharging power supply (8) to said electrochemical cells (4); and a computer (52) connected to the electrochemical cells (4) via the electrical power connection. The system further includes a plurality of measuring circuits (3), wherein each measuring circuit is adjoined to a respective electrochemical cell, and is configured to: measure the voltage at the terminals of the respective cell; and induce a voltage drop at the terminals of the respective cell when the measured voltage exceeds a threshold. The computer (52) is configured to identify said voltage drop.
