The frame has a saddle tube (11) and a lower tube (13) that are connected to each other in a region of a bottom bracket (14). A derailleur is arranged in the region above the bottom bracket. The saddle tube includes a flat portion for receiving a link mechanism of the derailleur, where the flat portion is formed on a rear side of the saddle tube. The flat portion is opened toward a rear wheel (20) and formed at a bottom bracket end of the saddle tube. The derailleur is firmly connected with a saddle post.
