<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a state that an electronic apparatus is suspended using a strap by clearly differentiating it from the other states. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus 1 with a strap used for carrying is provided with an acceleration sensor 25 for detecting an acceleration generated in an apparatus body. The electronic apparatus causes a CPU 15 to check whether or not a change pattern of the acceleration that is detected by the acceleration sensor 25 is a specific change pattern assumed when the apparatus body performs pendular movement, and when having checked that the change pattern of the acceleration is the specific change pattern, causes the CPU to perform a process for determining that the apparatus body is suspended using the strap. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
