<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical sensor capable of targeting various kinds of liquid to determine quantity of their minor components with high accuracy while being miniaturized. <P>SOLUTION: In an electrochemical sensor 1, a reference electrode 4, a work electrode 5 and a counter electrode 6 are formed on one surface of a support substrate 2, the work electrode 5 includes: a pair of base parts 5a, 5a formed of a conductive material on one surface of the support substrate 2; and an arch part 5b which is formed of the conductive material and both ends of which are connected to both base parts 5a, 5a so as to be bridged over the both base parts 5a, 5a, and in the arch part 5b, between both connection parts which are connected to the both base parts 5a, 5a, respectively, is separated from one surface (the surface of an insulation protective layer 7) of the support substrate 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
