<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device and a radio communication program, not decreasing throughput performance of a physical uplink shared channel if a user terminal periodically feeds back to a pico base station a subframe-type-by-type channel quality index. <P>SOLUTION: In a heterogeneous network, a radio communication device 600 includes: a grouping unit 650 for grouping radio terminals; and when the ratio of radio resources is a predetermined threshold or greater, a quality feedback radio resource allocation unit 660 for generating index allocation information for radio terminals subordinate to a first group to feed back channel quality information measured at the transmission timing of a first-type subframe, and for generating index allocation information for radio terminals subordinate to a second group to feed back channel quality information measured at the transmission timing of a second-type subframe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
