<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control apparatus which secures a clearance between a conductor plate and a metal housing in a structure electrically connecting electronic components by using the conductor plate. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic control apparatus includes: a connector 21 having multiple connector pins 23 electrically connecting with the exterior; a printed substrate 20 on which an electrolytic capacitor 22a is mounted; and a metal housing 10 covering the connector 21, the electrolytic capacitor 22a, and the printed substrate 20 so that an electrical connection part connecting with the exterior, from among the connector 21, is exposed. Then, the conductor plate 30, serving as a bus bar fixed to the printed substrate 20 so as to be separated from the metal housing 10 and electrically connecting any of the multiple connector pins 23 with the electrolytic capacitor 22a, is provided in the printed substrate 20.
