<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decoloring apparatus capable of enhancing processing performance of the decoloring apparatus while achieving a reduction in size of the decoloring apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A decoloring apparatus of an embodiment comprises: a decoloring section for decoloring images formed by a decolorable coloring material on sheets conveyed at a first speed; a first conveying section that has first conveying rollers disposed downstream the decoloring section in a sheet conveying direction for conveying the sheets and a first driving section for driving the first conveying rollers and conveys the sheets passing through the decoloring section at the first speed; a reading section for reading the images on the sheets conveyed at a second speed faster than the first speed; and a second conveying section that has second conveying rollers disposed upstream the reading section in the sheet conveying direction and at a position in which the second conveying rollers simultaneously nip the sheets conveyed together with the first conveying rollers and a second driving section for driving the second conveying rollers and conveys the sheets to the reading section at the second speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
