<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a fine powder regenerated toner without degrading storage property of the toner using a hydrocarbon wax as a release agent. <P>SOLUTION: The production method of a fine powder regenerated toner for reusing a recovered fine powder, which is recovered in a classification step after a toner raw material containing a hydrocarbon wax is kneaded and pulverized, includes the following steps: a fine powder mixing step of adding and mixing the recovered fine powder and a carboxamide compound to the toner raw material to obtain a mixture of the toner raw material with addition of the recovered fine powder; a fine powder kneading step of melting and kneading the mixture of the toner raw material with addition of the recovered fine powder to obtain a kneaded material of the toner raw material with addition of the recovered fine powder; a regenerated kneaded material pulverizing step of pulverizing the kneaded material of the toner raw material with addition of the recovered fine powder to obtain a regenerated kneaded and pulverized material; and a regenerated kneaded material classifying step of classifying the regenerated kneaded and pulverized material to obtain a fine powder regenerated toner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
