<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging member, a process cartridge and an electrophotographic apparatus, which can suppress the occurrence of a black haze-like image generated by peeling at the interface between a conductive substrate and an adhesion layer in a charging member of an electrophotographic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A charging member includes a conductive substrate, an adhesion layer, and an elastic layer containing a unit derived from ethylene oxide, in which the conductive substrate contains a magnetic material and the adhesion layer contains a magnet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
