<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet-type image forming apparatus capable of measuring image density with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: An image density measuring part 17 comprises: a carrier liquid applying roller 34; a measurement body 35; a cleaning device 33; a density detection sensor 31; and a voltage supply device 36 for controlling bias. Carrier liquid is applied to a photoreceptor 1 using the carrier liquid applying roller 34. A patch image reaches a nip area between the photoreceptor 1 and the measurement body 35 and then is transferred to the measurement body 35. When the patch image is transferred to the measurement body 35, carrier liquid is supplied and the patch image is transferred from the photoreceptor 1 to the measurement body 35. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
