<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror that can be manufactured by a simple production facility and has high light collecting performance, and to provide a solar light collection system using the same. <P>SOLUTION: A flexible mirror SL is formed by cutting a film mirror FM wound in a roll shape and by affixing the cut film mirror on a recessed cylindrical surface of a base plate ST, and thus the flexible mirror can be mass-produced at low cost.
