The present invention relates to an LED lighting device, and relates to an LED lighting device which allows the illumination angle to be adjusted, the device comprising an LED lamp which has a heat-dissipating part at the rear thereof, and a heat-dissipating plate in which is formed an installation recess that is joined to the heat-dissipating part, and the device having a high light-distribution efficiency while at the same time allowing the user to adjust the illumination angle to suit the desired illumination area by adjusting the angle of installation of the lamp when joining to the heat-dissipating plate.
