The method involves producing high pressure from centrifugal force effects, and producing number of tangential partial flows at stator elements (11) with ridge-free ground flowing edges. Angular momentum is introduced into molecules affecting the flowing edges and transformed into micro motion by the molecules on main inertia axes. Spool-in processes of partial flows are produced in interior spaces of the stator elements. The angular momentum is concentrated in a flat manner, produced in stable molecular flow and displaced for economic use in translation. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for performing a method for producing higher orders in Newton's fluids for producing higher energy levels.
