PURPOSE: A bath tub is provided to control the seat back of a bath tub using pneumatic pressure and a spring. CONSTITUTION: A bath tub comprises a knob bar, a joint, an air hole stopper, an air hole rubber packing, a cylinder frame, a small spring, a cylinder, a cylinder rubber packing, a large spring, a combination body, a rear cover, an upper cover, and a side cover which are successively combined. The cylinder frame and cylinder have to be sealed. The handle can be folded to prevent injuries of a user.
