PURPOSE: A drum washing machine is provided to promote washing performance by increasing impulse for laundry. CONSTITUTION: A tub(20) is arranged inside a cabinet(10). A drum(30) is arranged inside the tub. A lifter(100) lifts laundry with a rotary force of the drum within the drum. A lifter is installed in the drum. A plurality of the lifters is arranged around an inner circumference surface of the drum as a zigzag type. One end unit of the lifter is fixed on the inner circumference surface of the drum. Other end unit of the lifter is projected to a center unit of the drum.
