<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bipolar battery having high ionic conductivity to achieve high-output charge and discharge, and prevented from causing an ionic short circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The bipolar battery is obtained by laminating a plurality of bipolar electrodes in series. The bipolar electrodes each comprise a positive electrode on one side of a collector, and a negative electrode on the other side, and are sandwiched between polyelectrolyte layers. The polyelectrolyte layers contain an ionic polymer containing an anionic functional group and a lithium (Li) ion as ionic functional groups, and a non-aqueous solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
