<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently form a continuous ruled line even if it is a long ruled line while preventing the breakage of a resin corrugated cardboard at the peripheral edge of the ruled line and preventing a ruled line portion of the resin corrugated cardboard from whitening due to heating to prevent the appearance failure of the resin corrugated cardboard, and to efficiently form a bent or curved ruled line while preventing moisture, dust, or the like from entering a cavity between ribs from a ruled line formed portion in a resin corrugated cardboard product manufactured by bending the resin corrugated cardboard along the ruled line. <P>SOLUTION: Laser beams are output onto the resin corrugated cardboard (21) with the movement of a laser beam output head (49) to heat the resin corrugated cardboard (21) into a non-melted softened state, and at the same time, a pressing member (55) is brought into pressure contact with the heat-softened resin corrugated cardboard (21) to form the ruled line by thermal deformation into recessed shape continuous in the moving direction of the laser beam output head. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
