<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dynamic resource allocation to reduce inter-cell interference in a cellular communication network. <P>SOLUTION: A method for dynamic resource allocation includes the steps of: under the control of a base station, configuring first setting of communication resources for a first cell (F) among a plurality of cells (A-Q) communicating by using a communication resource; and when a first load represented by a high load value exists in the first cell, controlling the first cell to use a high load set of the communication resources among first sets, whereas when a second load represented by a low load value exists in the first cell, controlling the first cell to use a low load set of the communication resources among the first sets. The first load is higher than the second load, and a reuse distance of at least one communication resource in a low load set is longer than a reuse distance of at least one communication resource in a high load set. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
