<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control method of a cement production apparatus capable of heightening chlorine removal efficiency by a simple method, and to provide the cement production apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In this operation control method of a cement production apparatus including a chlorine bypass system 13 for removing a chlorine portion by bleeding a part of exhaust gas from the kiln bottom 3a of a kiln 3, the mole ratio of K<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O in alkali in cement clinker is measured, and the amount of the potassium portion in a cement raw material is adjusted based on the measurement result, by, for example, changing the mixing ratio of clay containing much potassium portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
