<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lamp with improved heat dissipation effects. <P>SOLUTION: Positioning flanges 32 of a lamp cup 3 are combined with a heat guide plate 4. A positioning protrusion 42 is provided at the heat guide plate 4 to be combined with a positioning hole 50 of a circuit board 5. Light-emitting diodes 51 are installed on the circuit board 5. A lamp cover 6 is fitted to an opening of the lamp cup 3. Heat-dissipating paint is applied on an outer surface of the lamp cup 3. With this, heat of the LEDs is emittd outside through the heat guide plate 4 and the lamp cup 3 to have the heat dissipating effects of the LED lamp improved and use life of the LED lamp extended.
