<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle handlebar which can alleviate a risk of driver when deformation is generated by excessive distortion. <P>SOLUTION: The bicycle handlebar includes a master tube, two hand grips provided in both ends of the master tube, and stem attached to forks. Furthermore, the master tube has a double cross-sectional face in at least one part, the cross-sectional face is composed by an upper external wall, a lower external wall, an upper internal wall and lower internal wall, a part separated from and part joined to the upper internal wall exist in the upper external wall, and part separated from and part joined to the lower internal wall exist in the lower external wall, and the upper internal wall is separated from the lower internal wall.
