<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light collection device which can perform lighting and light collection into a room selectively. <P>SOLUTION: The light collection device comprises a base plate 35 disposed to partition the indoor and outdoor and can transmit and reflect the light from the outdoor side to the indoor side, optical fibers 60, 61, 62 disposed on the surface of the base plate 35 on the outdoor side and can capture the light from the outdoor side as the reflection light on the base plate 35, and a photovoltaic element which generates power from the light received by the optical fibers 60, 61, 62.
