<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel electrode material for energy storage device, capable of achieving capacitor capacitance larger than conventional nitrogen-containing carbon material, using melamine as raw material. <P>SOLUTION: The electrode material is a B-C-N composite material obtained by heat-treating boric acid-containing melamine resin prepared by reaction of melamine, formaldehyde and boric acid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
