PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawing device for optical disk capable of accurately drawing on the surface of an optical disk.

SOLUTION: A drawing device for optical disk 100 irradiates a laser beam to the surface of an optical disk 2 to draw on the surface of the optical disk 2. The drawing device includes: a rotation information obtaining section 110 that obtains a piece of rotation information concerning the rotation speed from a rotation device 30 rotating the optical disk 2; a frequency determination section 120 that determines the irradiation frequency which is the clock frequency as the base for determining the irradiating timing of the laser beam in a predetermined segment in one cycle equivalent to one rotation of the optical disk 2; and an irradiation instruction section 130 that irradiates the laser beam to a predetermined segment on the surface of the optical disk 2 at a timing based on the frequency clock of the irradiation. The rotation information obtaining section 110 obtains a piece of rotation information in a predetermined segment prior to one cycle or more of the optical disk 2. The frequency determination section 120 determines the irradiation frequency in a predetermined segment using the rotation information.
