<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing machine that can highly accurately correct displacement, even when a dimension of a mask is relatively larger than that of an object to be printed. <P>SOLUTION: The screen printing machine transfers a paste 2 penetrated through the mask 12 to an object 6 to be printed on a printing table 10. The printing table 10 includes: a stage 8; a flexible body 7 arranged on the stage 8; a suction mechanism 9 that fixes the object 6 to be printed on the flexible body 7; and a flexible body holding part 11 that elastically deforms the flexible body 7 where the object 6 to be fixed by the suction mechanism 9 to be integral with the object 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
