<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel concentrator for bacterial detection which efficiently concentrates Legionella. <P>SOLUTION: The concentrator for bacterial detection includes a core member 1, a cellophane 2 for covering the core member 1, and polyethylene glycol powder 3 fixed between the cellophane 2 and the core member 1. Since water in specimen water 4 moves to the polyethylene glycol powder 3 side passing through the cellophane 2 by immersing the concentrator in the specimen water 4, the specimen water 4 is efficiently concentrated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
