<p>Provided is a toothpaste substance for effectively preventing pain due to dentine hypersensitivity, immediately and sufficiently sealing openings in dentinal tubules in the surface of exposed dentine, and having excellent sustainability of effect of inhibiting pain caused by dentine hypersensitivity. This toothpaste substance for dentine hypersensitivity contains the following components (A), (B), and (C), (A) being a low water-soluble powder selected from a fatty divalent metal salt (A-1) derived from a C12-C18 saturated fatty acid, an fatty acyllysine (A-2)having an acyl group derived from a C12-C18 saturated fatty acid, and a fatty acyltaurine divalent metal salt (A-3) having an acyl group derived from a C12-C18 saturated fatty acid, (B) being a desensitizing agent selected from potassium nitrate, potassium citrate, strontium chloride, and strontium acetate, and (C) being water, wherein the mass ratio ((A)/(B)) of component (A) and component (B) is 0.02-0.5.</p> |
