PURPOSE: A rotator in a power generator, in which the installation angle of a vertical blade is adjusted according to the movement direction of fluid is provided to maintain high rotary force even when the moving direction of the fluid changes by adjusting an installation angle to minimize drag. CONSTITUTION: A rotator(10) in a power generator, in which the installation angle of a vertical blade is adjusted according to the movement direction of fluid comprises a rotary shaft(100), a plurality of horizontal rods(200), a vertical blade(300), and a direction control blade(400). The direction control blade is connected between the horizontal rods, and rotates according to the movement direction of the fluid. A vertical blade gear(310) is connected to the vertical blade. A direction control blade gear(410) is connected to the direction control blade. The direction control blade maximizes the rotary force of the rotator by adjusting the installation angle of the vertical blade.
